RONALD LOW

Ronald Low is a Principal based in the San Francisco office. Mr. Low has advised clients on a number of complex and high-profile situations, including mergers and acquisitions, executive management changes, proxy fights, bankruptcies and corporate restructurings, and litigation support. He also assists clients in the development of long-term corporate communications and investor relations programs.

Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Low was Director of Corporate Communications for Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where he served as the Company’s chief media spokesperson and provided strategic communications counsel to the senior management team. Earlier in his career, he was Deputy Press Secretary for the Governor of California.

Mr. Low earned a B.A. degree in political science from the University of California, Davis.
